With the true spirit of the season, God would always get the attention

My Saturday column was my once-a-year meditation on the problems the Christian church always seems to have in persuading non-believers that having Jesus in your heart really does change your life for the better.

My jumping off point is the (quieter this year) demands for non-believers to respect the religious origins of the holiday, and just enjoy having Christians shove their goodwill about Jesus in your face....
