Realizations

So I realized something the other day while I was at home.

My parents simply know how to live their lives correctly, and there's no other way to put it.

I think the realization finally came to the forefront when I went out to play golf with the 'rents. My mother, who is no bad golfer, has become tired of driving the ball, simply because it takes her too many shots to get to the green. Her solution? Rather than complain, she's simply decided to play every hole except for the par three's from the 150 yard marker. Brilliant.

Believe me, the list goes on. My parents go out to friends houses frequently, they go to downtown Greenville drinking when they feel the urge, and they are currently living the good life in Vegas. Although I'm sure I won't hear too many of their wild stories (they try to shelter me best they can), I can only imagine the wild things my parents are getting into.

When I grow up, I hope I live the good life the same way they do.
