Residents’ Web site helps other designers get started

ANDERSON, SC — Fredrickus Williford, the CEO and creative director of Belton-based Scout Union Apparel, has launched a new Web site to help other young designers get started.

The site, www.dobizo.com, is an apparel blog offering advice on starting a fashion house.

The entries touch on topics such as writing a business plan and building a brand through custom labeling.
