Anderson County Delinquent Tax Sale

Under and by virtue of Tax Executions issued by the Treasurer of Anderson County of taxes past due and unpaid, proper levy has been made on the real estate hereinafter described and designed in the office of the County Auditor. I will sell the same at public auction to the highest bidder at the Anderson Civic Center, County of Anderson and State of South Carolina.

Property will be sold by item number in order as listed, from 10:00AM to 4:00PM on October 1st and 2nd as necessary to complete sale of all items. Purchaser to pay $15.00 for deed plus documentary stamps and recording fees, if not redeemed.

Terms: Cash at time of sale.
