“WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS”

Mr. Demi Moore himself, Ashton Kutcher, teams up with Cameron Diaz in the successful romcom “What Happens in Vegas” (20th Century Fox, $24.99 SRP, available in PG-13 and Unrated versions). After two mismatched strangers meet, party and wed in Vegas, the road to annulment takes a hilarious turn when one of them hits a three million dollar jackpot. It’s a predictable, but funny, romp with heart.

“REDBELT”

David Mamet is a brilliant writer and director whose latest film “Redbelt” (Sony Pictures, $24.96 SRP, R) is a dialogue driven masterpiece that further solidifies Mamet as one of the best in the game. A fateful event leads to a job in the film business for top mixed-martial arts instructor Mike Terry. Though he refuses to participate in prize bouts, circumstances conspire to force him to consider entering such a competition. Tim Allen and the UFC’s Randy Couture also star in this incredibly memorable film.

“WHERE IN THE WORLD IS OSAMA BIN LADEN?”

“Super Size Me’s” Morgan Spurlock is back, and this time he’s asking “Where In The World Is Osama Bin Laden?” (The Weinstein Company, $24.99 SRP, PG-13). Spurlock tours the Middle East to discuss the war with the Arabic people whose lives are impacted daily by the current conflict. Thought-provoking, but not overly serious, this film is sure to be another hit for Spurlock.

“MY SASSY GIRL”

For the romantic in all of us (well, some of us, anyway) there is “My Sassy Girl” (20th Century Fox, $27.96 SRP, PG-13), starring the sultry Elisha Cuthbert and Jesse Bradford. Bradford plays a Midwestern man with a lot going on in life who is wooed, groomed, and eventually dumped by a complicated, elusive girl (Cuthbert). This would be a good film for date night.

Other notable releases for next week include Uwe Boll’s disasterpiece “Postal” (Vivendi Entertainment, $21.99 SRP, R), director Edward Burns new film “Purple Violets” (The Weinstein Company, $24.96 SRP, Unrated), and season 4 of HBO’s hit series “Entourage” (HBO Home Video, $34.98 SRP, Unrated).
