The parents of Kaycee Ann Cartee and Robert W. Stoker Jr. announce their children's engagement. The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Lee Cartee, of Commerce, GA. The groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dusty Smith of Tallahassee, FL and Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Stoker of Anderson. A September 13, 2008 wedding is planned.
