— Coldwell Banker Caine has named Regina Bolt, Barry Voeltz and Lauren Holmes as the company’s top producers for its Seneca office for the first quarter of 2008.

Bolt has two years of real estate experience. She has earned the national designation of Accredited Buyer Representative. She is also a member of Coldwell Banker’s Sterling Society. Before entering the real estate profession, Bolt spent 21 years working in a medical, service-related field.

Voeltz has three years of real estate experience and 25 years of sales and marketing experience. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Elders for the Eternal Shepherd Lutheran Church Council.

Holmes has two years of real estate experience and has earned the national designation of accredited buyer representative. She is a Clemson University graduate and is a member of the Seneca Architectural Review Board as well as Pendleton Presbyterian Church.
