I think HTI is just another greedy company, keeping the working class down by making them go through them to try and get a decent job. You can end up being a temp for a year or more. Really, whats the point? These two ladies will make some money but the people they recruit will not. This is a non event in the Anderson area. I could care less.

HTI is NOT the one "making them go through them". It is the companies that contract with HTI and companies like them. Have you seen any decent paying jobs recently that were direct hire? I can tell you for a fact that Bosch, BMW, Michelin and many more operate the same way.

The agencies, in my opinion, are nothing more than pimps. But, that's the way of doing business these days. Unfortunately!

HTI needs to hire someone to replace the hotheaded jacka$$ they've got working in the warehouse at Bosch. He flips out and yells and curses employees ,he's thrown stuff at employees for messing up "HIS BUILDING" as he calls it. He acts like a total nutjob. Rumor has it that HTI has already sent him to anger management counseling but if that's true then it wasn't very successful!

Well, as I've explained to potential employers, you get what you pay for!
