EASLEY — Coldwell Banker Caine said in a statement that Dennis Gardner, Elizabeth Black and Jon Starin were the top producers at the company’s Easley office for the first quarter of 2008.

Gardner, the office’s No. 1 producer, holds the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). He has 12 years of real estate experience.

Black is a licensed South Carolina real estate broker. A lifelong resident of Pickens County, Black has more than 20 years of real estate experience. She is also a volunteer with Meals on Wheels.

Starin is a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina and has also earned the ABR designation, as well as being an Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Starin is also a member of the Greater Pickens Chamber of Commerce and has appeared in productions at the Foothills Playhouse in Easley.
