Mr. and Mrs. Newton Rucker

ANDERSON, SC - Mr. and Mrs. Newton Rucker celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends on a Hawaiian Cruise in May 2008. Etrulia (Trudy) and Newton met at NCA&T State University in Greensboro, NC and were married Dec. 21, 1957 in Greensboro. They are the parents of one daughter, Gayle Rucker of Arlington, VA. They are both retired from the Department of Defense in Washington, DC and relocated to Anderson in 1995.
