The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Roy and Bernice Parks and the late William and Rachel Wood. She is a Dental Hygienist at Dental Associates of South Carolina. The groom-elect is the son of Reuben and Linda Merck of Anderson. He is the grandson of Evelyn Stokes and the late Harold Stokes and the late Mr. and Mrs. Sanford Merck. He is a Technician at Glen Raven. A June 21, 2008 wedding is planned at The Wilhite House.
