ANDERSON Ray Partain, chairman of the board for Anderson Federal Credit Union, was re-elected to the South Carolina Credit Union League board of directors at the group’s 2008 Annual Meeting in Myrtle Beach.
Partain has served on the board since 2006 and is a past recipient of the Friedrich W. Raiffeisen, Roy F. Bergengren and Edward Filene awards for the Volunteer Achievement Program.
Partain has been a member of Anderson Federal Credit Union since 1961 and has served on its board since 1985. He also is a partner in McDougald-Partain since 1977 and is retired from Owens Corning Corp. Partain earned an accounting degree from Forest Junior College.
