Eric and Lisa Gibert Simmons of Anderson, SC announce the engagement of their daughter, Nastassia Jolecia Gibert to Jerans O'Ryan Rapley of Abbeville, SC. The groom-elect is the son of Michael Rapley and the late Doris Rapley of Abbeville. An October 25, 2008 wedding is planned.
