FAIR PLAY, SOUTH CAROLINA - Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Owens would like to announce the engagement of their daughter Amy Melissa Owens to Christopher Ryan Simmons. The bride-elect is the daughter of Jesse W. and Cathy P. Owens of Fair Play, South Carolina. The groom-elect is Eddie and Cheryl B. Simmons of Seneca, South Carolina.
