Deanna DeFoor of Appraisal Associates of Clemson receives MAI designation

CLEMSON — Deanna DeFoor of Appraisal Associates of Clemson recently completed the requirements for the Member of the Appraisal Institute designation.

A person must meet rigorous education requirements and pass a final comprehensive exam to earn the designation.

DeFoor has been an appraiser for more than 10 years and appraises primarily commercial and industrial properties. She is a 1999 graduate of the College of Charleston and is involved in organizations and events in her community. She is president of the Westminster Area Historic Preservation Society.
