Various law enforcement agencies get together once a month in Anderson, working together at checkpoints in effort to enforce DUI, seat belt, and other traffic laws. On Friday May 16, 2008, speeding cars along Whitehall Road in Anderson near the elementary school were cited. "We've had so many complaints around Whitehall Elementary," said city of Anderson Capt. J.S. Stewart.
