Veterans from around Anderson County joined in a parade with T.L. Hanna Navy Jr. ROTC and Westside Army Jr. ROTC, the Westside Marching Band, VFW, American Legion, Anderson police and fire, Anderson County Sheriff Office, and workers from the Anderson County Library dressed in red, white, and blue. Hundreds of visitors lined the streets in mild temperatures to wave to veterans, many who saluted back.
