Clemson float builders hammer away, rain or shine

The early stages of a non-stop surge of stationary homecoming float building continues all week on Bowman Field at Clemson University. Many pledges of the fraternities involved stay up all night working on the floats made of paper tissue and chicken wire. Heavy rain flooded the field, and the freshmen pledges kept on building in an effort to finish for Saturday's homecoming football game against Coastal Carolina.
