From 2001 to 2004, the administration of former solicitor Druanne White scheduled 31 weeks of court time, but the jail’s average daily population rose for the first time above its rated capacity of 257 inmates in 2001, jumping from 238 inmates to 354 by 2004, or an almost 50 percent increase, according to jail statistics.
In three years under Adams’ leadership, the jail’s average daily population rose from 354 at the end of 2004 to 442 in 2007, or an increase of about 25 percent, but a whopping 86 percent increase since 2001
Says a lot, looks as if Drawdys idol Mrs. White, with all her court time(31weeks), 50% increase! Drawdy been babling about this for months, now the TRUTH be TOLD! Hilarious!

SC Court Administration was created many years ago to standardize tickets and warrants and create an audit trail to keep magistrates and police officers from tearing up tickets for their buddies. Court Administration just wants an audit trail that shows a judicial officer – magistrate, judge, or solicitor disposed of a warrant or ticket.
Example: Police charge a defendant with 50 forgeries warrants that occurred over several months to 50 businesses. Solicitor Adams combines those charges on one indictment and one restitution order. All victims get their restitution. The Judge sentences defendant to what he/she deems appropriate. Judge signs one sentence sheet and one restitution order -- instead of fifty (50) separate sentence & restitution sheets.
THE DEFENDANT IS CONVICTED AND ALL VICTIMS GET THEIR RESTITUTION --- A 100% Positive Resolution to defendant’s case – The other 49 warrants are dismissed with plea.
SC Court Administration stats, as viewed by Drawdy, would be a 2% conviction rate. That is simple not a true picture of what is being done by the solicitor.
You who are buying this need to wake up and realize you are being used as pawns in a game of pure revenge. You should check ALL of Drawdy’s financial reports. The reports clearly show those who brought her to town to run.
