I agree. Most highways and parking lots are treated as race tracks. I'm praying all the time when I am driving because of all the reckless drivers on the road.

Well said and good suggestions! Anderson County pay attention and let's all work together.

Wow, UCS, satan has really blinded your mind. I hope you find God before it is everlasting too late! Don't take a chance with your soul. The Bible is true regardless if you believe it or not and heaven and hell are real. I would rather have God in my life and not need Him, then need Him and not have Him.
On Hopes still high for Belton, Clemson churches after fires

I'm sorry to hear about your vehicle being broken into as well as the other campers. It's sad to say, but the good old days are gone because you have people who have no conscience whatsoever and thrive on crime and evil things.

Evidently Pearce is related to someone at AIM because why else would he be allowed to write such terrible articles that make no sense.

I have a question that I am curious about from the report on the news about SLED and the ATF investigating the fire which is standard procedure for a minority congregation. Why would that not be standard for a white congregation? It just didn't make sense to me. I know people who attend this church and I am saddened to hear about this, but I know that the Lord allows everything to happen for a reason. I am praying for the congregation and the pastor as they get through this tragedy which could have been a whole lot worse with lives lost. The Lord will give them the strength to make the transition.

Black was emphasized because he was the only black to win this medal during World War I. It doesn't have anything to do with racism, but it needed to be pointed out and the fact that he was from the Anderson area should make us proud.

I agree. I have to go to the Hilton Garden Inn in a few weeks and plan to go right toward Clemson and then turn around at the next light because I have always said how dangerous that intersection is. It may be out of the way, but the longest way a lot of times can be the safest way. It is also terrible how you almost get run over by these reckless drivers in Anderson County. I am a safe, conscientious driver and choose to drive the speed limit, but everyone else is in a hurry to get nowhere while talking on their cell phones. Are you dying to talk to that person? You might just be. Think about it!

Driving in Anderson County is terrible. People will run over you when you drive the speed limit especially on Hwy 81 and Whitehall Road. It's crazy that they are in such a hurry to get nowhere and most of the time they are on cell phones. I pray the whole time that I am driving because you never know when you will meet one of these dummies on the road and thank the Lord when I reach my destination safely.

pink, that is a hard call unless you are in that situation because I feel that I would forgive my husband, but I would have to forget him. I see it as a double standard because when the man cheats, it is acceptable because boys will be boys, but if the wife cheats it seems like her husband feels like that is the worst thing since the Vietnam War. I know a lady that forgave her husband after he cheated and they eventually got back together and they seem to be happy now. It might just be a show for the children involved or a sense of loyalty or just a determination on her part to stay committed to their marital vows even though the husband did not. The only way do truly deal with it is to think about how God forgives us and gives us second and third chances.
