I can't believe Bailey Is 20! Gosh she is still supposed to be a beautiful little girl not the beautiful young lady I see in the picture! Go Bailey you have always been very talented and smart. Vickie Durham Gambrell

Sometimes you wonder? Why has an arrest not been made, maybe they can't find them. If it were my mother or wife they better find them before I do. I wouldn't kill anyone over something this silly but I could make them wish they had never done this stupid act. Thieves and Druggies are all that's in the news.

I say we should learn from this mistake. When feeling this tired or overwhelmed the deputies should be able to call in and get some sort of relief. Sometimes mother nature just kicks in and your body just wears out. We do not know what kind of day he had. We do not know what he had been through. What we do know is he fell asleep and crashed. Learn from this. Maybe our deputies are overworked. We know about the underpaid part. They do put their lives on the line for us every time they put on that uniform. Thank God no one was hurt. Maybe he should be punished, maybe he should not. I am not sure. Maybe he had been pulling double shifts to keep us safe. I just think we are Blessed because no one was injured!

How wonderful to hear about this young mans recovery. Our daughter used to work at a restaurant and would offer him food but he would refuse it, so they would make it and lay it out in a bag near or on the garbage area and he would come and get it. So many people cared about him but he was not really willing to open up about his life. He is really a very nice person and I am so glad to hear how well he is doing and how far he has come. Thank you so much for this update! God Bless you Quincy!

I go to a small church in Anderson, and I love my Church and Church Family. I had heard of New Springs and its upbeat Sermons, and singing but just just decided that I like the old timey way of preaching and the laid back atmosphere and I will continue to go to my Church.(i am getting old) But I think that this was an amazing thing to do and God must surely be at work in your Church. I hope and Pray that God continues to bless New Springs! God Bless You all!

Me and my 2 older brothers use to eat at Mac's every weekend. It was right after we left the pastry shop where teenagers hung out. It was so nice, a small dance floor, a juke box, a quarter to get in and strict supervision. Then when they closed we would all head to Mac's, Jerry, Dennis and I(Vickie). We had a lot of good times there and there was no menace. Just good food, lots of laughter, and french fries with a big blob of mayo! I miss those times and all my friends from back then. Thanks Mac for the memories! Eddie is my husband and he and I visited there once not too long ago. Food was still great!
