They're innocent until proven guilty! who are yall to jude them and dont know the basics of the case [critics] and a bond is granted for those who are charged with crimes and didnt committ them, they have 23 charges but none of them classify these boys as guilty thats what they have a lawyer for. Do you actually think the judge would keep giving them bonds if they really had 8 and 11 assault and battery charges? no she wouldve denied they're bond obviously the case dosent make since to her EITHER. WHAT PEOPLE DO YOU KNOW WOULD ACTUALLY SHOOT THEY'RE MOTHER FOR NO REASON AT ALL???

-NO ONE KNOW HIS BACKGROUND AND WHERE HE COMES FROM HE COULDVE HAD A ROUGH CHILD HOOD OR SOMETHING! SO WHO ARE YALL TO JUDGE HIM BASED ON HIS NAME??

$100 AND THAT'S ALL! I THINK HE SHOULD BE PUT BEHIND BARS FOR A 100 YEARS, BUT ZAXBYS GETS ROBBED ALL THE TIME AND THEY NEVER FIND THE PERSON WHO DID IT, MAYBE IT'S AN INSIDE JOB.

HE HAS NO EMOTIONS ABOUT THIS SITUATION, WELL HONESTLY I DONT KNOW IF HE DID IT OR NOT, BUT "IF" HE DID AND HAD A NERVE TO ASK THA JUDGE A QUESTION LIKE THAT, I THINK HE SHOULD GET THE BOOK THROWED AT HIM, BUT I MAYBE WRONG, SO IM NOT POINTING FINGERS.

NO ACTUALLY IM A HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE I START COLLEGE AT USC IN AUGUST OF THIS YEAR WITH A 4.0 GPA! SO THANKS TO YOUR NO GOOD KNOWLEDGE YOU REALLY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME OR THE GUYS THAT ARE BEHIND BARS! YOU TALK WHAT YOU KNOW WHICH IS NOTHING.

AND ON THE OTHER HAND SINCE YOU KNOW SO MUCH, ELAM GOT CHARGED FOR THE STOLEN CAR, MILLS DIDNT MiLLS JUST GOT CHARGED FOR THE GUN LAW UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IF IM NOT MISTAKEN! ALL OF THE OTHER CHARGES FALLS BACK ON ELAM! AND AGAIN MiLLS WAS JUST AT THE WRONG PLACE AT THE WRONG TIME.

First of all...let me clear all of this up! My brothers are innocent...they both have witnesses that they were not at the crime scene. The officers took statements from the man that was actually was doing the shooting and his sisters. They got one side of the story not both so they could put two and two together. I am not disputing that my brothers have not been in trouble before which they have but this situation is totally different and the punishment is far more severe. Why wouldn't someone have a lawyer especially if there innocent its only right, everyone deserves a fair trial and seeing that from the beginning when they decided they wanted a statement from my mother and during the whole process of the "interview" they tried to make her say it was my brothers then why not get a lawyer. Why should two innocent men, be convicted of a crime they did not convict. Someone previously asked where was the father... that is irrelevant, everyone isn’t as fortunate enough to have both parents in the home, this why that single parent does the best they can. One comment was talking about my mother, you don’t know my mother so you cannot say my mother be doing this and that or whatever, you don’t know, you are in the past sweetie get over yourself. There is no need to put my new sister in law business out like that, its not lady like and showing how ignorant you are. For others I think it would be best that you sit back and let the court system go its course, because like I've told many, you will see that they are innocent. The officer only has 4 statements, 1) from the shooter) 2) his 3 sisters and no physical evidence that they were on the scene of the crime...because they were not. One was at home and the other was with his girlfriend at her house. PROOF is what the officer’s lack, FACTS is what they need, and JUSTICE my brothers will receive.
