Eat healthy, not necessarily eating less.
Most people know what not to eat so low fats, low sodium, and watch deserts. Stay away from frozen entrees and dinners and fast food. You're not going to get fat eating veggies and fruits so eat lots of them along with a portion of lean meat for protein. Eat whole grains (cereal and breads). Don't worry about carbs. as your body needs them, especially if you are exercising like you should be doing. Soft drinks will make you fat, even the diet ones. Look around at people walking around with soft drinks and most are overweight.
Drink lots of water.

Stay away from diet fads and pills!

You must exercise your body and the best way is with cardio (getting your heart and lungs working) along with strength training (weights). Muscle burns fat even at rest.

You have to be committed, otherwise you will fail. Set up a workout time and stick with it no matter what. Otherwise you mind will start making excuses.

Unfortunately many vote straight party tickets and disregard what candidates will actually do to improve things. Yeah, they might say a few things to sway people but whether they do them is another story. Personally I'd like to start with a totally fresh County Council.

We don't know the full story. She might have gone hysterical and loopy during an argument. Maybe he grabbed her arm and took her inside to calm her down so as not to cause a disturbance outside. Assault and kidnapping? I'm doubting it.

As I've always expected this is likely a Toyota computer problem. Apple's Steve Wozniak, a Prius owner, says the same thing. That's why they can't duplicate it. First it was floor mats, then accelerators, but the problems don't seem to be resolved. Toyota has always built great cars, we own one, but the last couple of years their quality has slid. And to those Toyota dealers who have screwed your customers what goes around comes around.

"A person who commits a DUI that causes the death of another will be imprisoned from one to 25 years and fined $10,100 to $25,100."

However, on searching these types of cases, some do not get 25 years. Could it be 25 years is the maximum sentence?

Also I believe the surviving family could sue the drunk.

Merlin was part of the Rams Fearsome Foursome along with Deacon Jones, Rosey Grier, and Lamar Lundy. One of the best defensive lines in NFL history. Soft spoken and a good guy. Sorry to hear the news.

Other reports say she was also texting besides being blowing twice the drunk level. She killed that man plain and simple, same as murdering him. She knew driving drunk alone, not to mention texting can kill people. The pain and loss for Mr. Smith's family is tremendous. The lifelong girlfriend's remembrance of this tragedy will haunt her forever. I won't lighten up a bit on Miss George. She doesn't care about other lives so why should anyone care about hers?
