I had been wanting to try this restuarant for a while so after church this past Sunday we invited 3 other families to go with us. I walked in, the lady at the counter asked how many and I said 15. She said, you're kidding right? That should have been the red flag that I needed but said yes, party of 15 but it's three different families and we can be split up and maybe sit side by side, no big deal. The hostess said she would place us in the back, I said ok. A few moments passed and we were seated. It took our server over 15 minutes to acknowledge us, then he took our drink order and disappeared for 10 more minutes though we noticed him serving other customers. We were trying to be patient with the size of our party and the restuarant being newly opened, think the guy was overwhelmed. Anyway, once a different server noticed us sitting there, he realized what was going on, he then picked up our drinks, they were sittng in the kitchen and he brought them over. Long story short, food was blah, service was poor and the mgr charged me twice for the bill, never even apologized. She told me to call my bank though the bank is not the one that gave us VERY poor service nor charged my card twice. I am really disappointed with this restuarant, though I'm sure others may have a pleasant experience while dining there, I was even more disappointed when I found out the hostess that questioned my party of 15 was actually the mgr that charged my card twice.
