Sadly, the deer are overpopulated. It is time to extend the hunting season so the population can be reduced.

Let's be realistic. Sarah Palin was like the rest of us - shopping at local stores and WalMart most of the time. And if she had gone out onto the national stage looking like that, the media would have made fun of her.

It is a shame that the message of the woman has to be dressed with a wardrobe, but such is the reality in a world of *itches on the View, that hideous woman who comes on after Keith Olberman on NBC, and an array of other reporters who enjoy making fun of a down-to-earth normal woman. If you are not part of the Washington crowd (and Michelle Obama and Hillary Clinton certainly ARE), your clothing won't make the grade on the media target practice range.

Dear SSHM,

Billy O'Dell is a gentleman who has represented our district (yes I am in that district!!!) well for many years. He is devoted to the the people of our area and has served us well. There is no need to change now. As long as Senator Billy wants to run, most of us down in this area will vote for him!!! Plus, he is Southern to the toes and a Citadel Grad to boot!
