The last thing they do is "rush" any where. My daughter called for the Sherriffs office because her neighbor was beating on his wife. Guess they were too busy picking up the playing cards in the game dispute.

Andy was an awesome man. I still am having a hard time trying to even comprehend why Nathan did this.

Well, for one...the reason we don't attend the meeting like this past one was because it was a "closed" meeting. One other reason is, well if you think about it, it's common sense! We are the parents of children that attend these schools. The nurse is being brought "down", so what exactly do you think would happen to our children? I know Dr. Bugess and he knows me, my children and a whole lot of other parents that ARE involved with the school somehow. Don't you think this would cause problems with our children if we were to directly call him on this matter? I know it would. We keep quiet the same reason why all the teachers keep quiet. Maybe a better idea would to be send around another questionere packet about the district office and who it is run by, going anonymous is always best with such a fragile matter as this.

"District 4 will slip this under their rug b/c Dr Burgess is black and they can't afford a lawsuit from him if he feels he's been wronged. End of story. Talk to some of the teachers up there and listen to what they say about his reign at the D.O."

I totally agree with you rbbugg24, but this really shouldn't be a race issue. He was out of hand, black or white. Not only do some of the teachers feel ill about his reign as super, a lot of parents also feel the same!

What does race have to do with this matter? Clearly Dr. Burgess has anger issues and authority issues and it's obvious that most are afraid to stand up to this man.
I have to agree with "the flash" about one thing he stated and that was he should be watched around is own. I can almost guarantee his own children are just as afraid of him as nurse Gibson is.
