This is VERY poorly written & hard to follow.

This woman needs, at the very least, anger management therapy & alcohol rehabilitation. I hope the court can order these things.

Obviously there are 2 living witnesses to tell the police what happened in that van. Their stories must be the same, or we wouldn't even have the story of what happened that night.
I'm assuming we don't have all the facts, and we're not the judge/jury, so let's just wait & see what comes out.
However, with this guy's history & his "got nothin' to lose" attitude, there's a lot stacked against him & I'm inclined to believe what we're being told.

I think I saw that written somewhere, but that when the 2 women became fearful & wanted to get out, he wouldn't let them. At that point, it became kidnapping.

I am SOOOOOOO glad to see someone was finally denied bond in this county!
Whatever judge granted him bond earlier, that allowed this death to occur, should be held accountable.
I honestly believe that until judges are held accountable for their decisions, violent crime will not be properly handled by the legal system.

This man should never have been out on bond. When are the judges here going to start taking these crimes seriously??
Posted on December 2 at 5:20 p.m.
Of course there will because the judges here don't take domestic violence seriously.
This is wrong - to let this guy out on low bonds, just so he can do it again!
Wake up, JUDGES!

You "just want to hold your son again"? That statement so reviles me it makes me want to vomit.
I'm sure he just wanted to breath again, to play again, to giggle & laugh with his friends again. I'm sure he just wanted to ride his bike again, to go to school again, to play his video games again, to hug his Mommy & brother again. And to open his presents on Christmas morning again.
But you took all that away from him in an act so heinous & painful to him, there will be no justice for Jeremy.
How could you even utter those words "I just want to hold my son again"?? You betrayed him. The man that was supposed to love, protect & take care of him beat him to death. There is no punishment severe enough for you, but I hope you get the maximum the law can give you.

Although the title suggests what the police officer did, the article never explains it. It would have been nice to know exactly what this exceptional officer did!
