My Prayers are with the parents and the family of this beautiful child. I agree you should have an adult driving a golf cart. Does anyone know if it was an adult or a child driving? We have a Golf Cart and when we had it registered at the DMV we were told that it had to be a licenced driver to drive it.I know that this driver is going through a terrible time whether it was a child or an adult. Our Prayers are also with this family.
