Im not saying that the officer is at fault, but I have NEVER seen any officer in a patrol car go the proper speed limit.

Ive been to that BK and I havent been back. It is an out of control atomosphere with a bunch of loud mouths that has no concern for the customer's want for peace and quiet and their right to sit and enjoy the meal they paid for.
Ive had better meals on the back streets of NYC.

Thats nothing...I saw a city cop parked behind belvedere shopping center, sleeping in his patrol car....
not only does have to get up to chase...he has to wake up to get up....
