He would have....but maybe thats what elected officials should be doing...taking care of their constituents.
Kudos to Andre...he does more for SC than the good governor does.

It is 5-2, that Preston would lose the trial...thats about how many times his contract was threatened, not breached.
No real jury would find for a breach of contract at a 5-2 win rate...he got everything that he asked for...some administrators have it worse, revisit henderson case.
...the breach occured when the citizens of Anderson voted for the audit and for more sensible council members.
preston's million dollar mistake. He should leave the money and RUN. High powered greenville attorneys can't keep you out of jail.
