This is an example of how the so called "system" fails our children. If this is a 2 year investigation, why does the mother have the child anyway?!? As far as I am concerned, if you have your child taken away from you it should be mandatory sterilization. Our children should not have to endure what this child or any child has to go through because of a failed "system". Our children are defenseless at such a young age and usually its too late before the "system" realizes "Uh Oh, maybe we should have done something sooner!" It just ridiculous!!
