You need to make a diet plan and avoid fats, proceed foods, etc from your diet. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables daily and drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. You should also start a daily walk routine and some exercises - around half hour of daily walking - brisk or exercises should be done to start with. for us to have a healthy body.
