Since this is a person with a HISTORY of CRIMINAL ACTIVITY (FELONY CONVICTIONS)we should never see this person again. Put his butt in prison where his sorry self belongs. And when he gets out, he is to leave South Carolina forever. As long as we baby these idiot, drug dealing, children poisoning, subhuman leaches, we will always have this trash/creeping crud around our homes, neighborhoods and towns. Get rid of the pests NOW!

I wonder what the percentage of accidents in this state arfe of a direct contibution from teenagers. This State is bad for letting 16 year old people drive. This child should have his license revolked until he is 21. And I want to know what his or her name is. There was an accident a couple of years ago where a teen was driving troo fast and almost killed his passenger, his Dad is a Lawyer in town, we never heard anything about this either.

This has been an issue for some time now. I cannot believe that the Wexford Residents have not fought this issue stronger than they have. It is very hard to get out of Wexford or Wendy's most times of the day. with traffic coming out of the Bank across the street, the New Medical Facility and the business that Palmetto Golf creates, it is becoming very DANGEROUS to navigate around this area.

My word. Do you think that this youth is going to take advantage of this(second, second chance) in a positive way? Heck no! He is laughing his butt off right now, mocking the system and sleeping like a baby. He was arrested for a drug charge and given a second chance, then he breaks into a vehicle...sounds like a patern to me. I will bet a kidney he will have at least 3 more arrests before he is 19.
What is really laughable, the judge told him he was on a 150 mile per hour path to destruction. Yet he lets the boy off. WOW! Does anyone watch the comedian Lewis Black? He would have a field day with this.

Well now, what have we here. I hope it works people. One man deported 5 times, comes back to the same area evertime. Everytime you see a Mexican walking or riding a bike around town, stop him and ask for his paperwork, license or I.D. Oh and so you do not offend anyone particular RACE, stop all who are wearing turbins, who have vails, who do not look or talk or act like us. And as far as the hiring of illegals, a fine is not as good as jail time for Employers. It is like drugs, you can arrest all th epushers and dealers you want but, if you want to stop the DRUGS from getting here you need to stop THE MAN who is making the drugs. In this case, THE MAN would be the Employer. Put his Butt in jail for 30 days for every illegal he has working for him. Everytime after that, put his Butt in Jail for 1 year minimum. There also has to be some help from the Federal side, who is affraid to hurt anyones feelings, lock these illegals up, word will get around and they will slow downm or stop. Do not give them anything but the basics, food, water and shelter(Prison). They do not have the rights given to us by our founding Fathers.
Ladies and Gents, I can promise you one thing, if you were to go to Mexico and not have the proper paperwork and someone found out about it, your BUTT would go to jail until they were ready to let you go. Then there would be MONEY paid to get you out of their jails. It happens every year to college students and vacationers. They lose their passport or their wallet gets stollen and they cannot pay for their rooms or meals, the police are Johnny on the spot. The citizens here need to DEMAND that these illeagals be STOPPED. They are taking local jobs, they are causing property value to drop, they are causing tax payers money, they are using our resources. Think about it Ladies and Gents. You can have a blind eye if you want to but, you can only blame yourselves for whta happens here.

WOW! Who can you trust now a days? I feel sorry for the families of these two former officers. They were caught and need to face the judge. I hope they do not get hired as police officers buy an Agency that might think what they did was ok or not too bad, Scary...I agree, typos are ok and misspelled words are a given. David Crenshaw did the right thing. I cannot believe it took TWO MONTHS to check this out. You either lied about your time or you did not. Look at the resources it took to play this thing out. No telling how many employees, phone calls, overtime (you know every invest has overtime built into it) and it is still not over, court time attorneys fees, on and on and on.

I agree with cwilson4, there is no way on earth that property values have increased in this market. The market in it's current condition is the blame of the Financeers, which the Government is going to BAIL-OUT, which means we will pay for it as well as our taxes. You know, it is funny that, given the simplicity of the 388 Act, the County really knows how to make it sound complicated. I think the County and City Members should sit back and say look we do not have enough money for this ths year and that is that. Not everything needs to be done right away. What do you do when you need something at home or at your business, you do not go out and buy it just because you think you need it, most things are wants anyway. The p[eople in my Ward want this street paved, my people want....I think we need to have someone look into what needs to be done and what is being done. You must always keep an eye on who is spending your money people.

Would the residents be saying anything about RACE if the officer was Black? Why do we always use the Race Card? Are we looking for a Law Suit? A big check so we can sit on our porch and watch life go by? The rule of thumb when it comes to Law Enforcement is, Do what they say when they say it!! You have to stop crying sooooo much people.
Clean up your reputation and your neighborhood and you will not have this problem? No! This has happened in other neighborhoods, it actually happened in one that I lived in. Very upscale neighborhood, people gathering on a Friday night in a cul-de-sac and someone called the Police. They asked what we were doing, we said a neighborhood get together, they said we were not allowed out gathering late, somone called in a complaint of "a bunch of people gathering in the street". We informed them that we all lived in these houses, they said we had to disburse. We said a few things and went to our houses.
We then went to the Police department the next day and asked to see the Chief. Leave the ball in their court. It is not a Race Thing and if it is treated as one, the City is WRONG!!!

Well, it seems to me based upon the report by the Police Department there is not a big Prostitue problem. I mean only 68 arrests since 2005, that is 22 arrests a year or 1.8 per month or .078 per day. You may want to look at how you are going about your "Stings" or "Undercover Operations". Or, better yet, open your eyes, arrest people and get them off the street for good. Have some Laws changed on how many times someone can be arrested for this Act. I think you, the Law Enforcement as a whole, are not doing enought to take care of this problem. The numbers do not lie, 1.8 arrests a month...Please, either there is not a problem or you are not paying attention to it!
