Oh yeah because there are NEVER catfights at Hanna or Westside...not! I graduated from Crescent and can only remember a couple of fights there. Can other recent high school graduates from other area schools say the same thing?

You people amaze me. So what if you don't like who is coming to the Civic Center. Big stars who you think have more talent WON'T come to Anderson because we don't have a large enough venue. Kenny Chesney doesn't even come to Greenville because the Bilo Center is not big enough for him. Get over it already.

I have seen Tracy in concert several times, and I always have fun. I'm planning on going to this concert. It's for a good cause too!

He actually has lots of top ten hits. I have probably heard "Find out who your friends are" 5,000 times on the radio since it came out.

On an added note, I agree with waiting. It's not the hospital's responsibility to host this. People should be thankful that it was around as long as it was. Ask another large company in Anderson to host it.

"And im' so sorry pink... but a handful of employees from Anmed taking a couple hours out of the year to provide a safe fun time for our children isnt a problem... its a blessing if that... at least they cared enough to do it in the first place."
Let me explain. I wasn't talking about the TIME the employees took. I was talking about the MONEY. Anmed spent a fortune on this event, and right now that money could be better spent on patient care, which includes increased staffing. Trust me, I know first hand.

You hit the nail on the head! I am glad they canceled this. Too bad for the kids, but the priority of Anmed right now needs to be on patient care, not trick or treating.

I think the paper has been a little biased towards Starr-Iva lately. Yes, they do have their share of dumb rednecks, but not everyone is. I don't live there anymore, but I did grow up there.
