Dabo Swinney should be the first choice for Phillips to look at. I think that Clemson would be stupid to look elsewhere.

Everyone needs to get over it for now, we voted it down and thats the it. If it comes up again we will vote it down again, plan and simple. Why does some people want to make things seem so difficult.

Well said Kurt Gibson, we don't need any more taxes in Anderson County. I'm 40 yrs old and lived all my life in Anderson County and always shop here, but you can bet the bank on it if this tax passes I'll be going to Hartwell,Abeville , Greenwood Oconee County to do my shopping. So I hope other smart people in Anderson County will take a STAND and not be pushed into this tax and VOTE THIS DOWN.

I'm voting no for so call 1 cent sales tax and the Citizens of Anderson County should be against it also. The people on this sale tax committe are the one who will profit from it. I know that to be a fact. If the county is in this
bad of shape, we need to go back and look at the waste that the $10,000,000 bond projects and do away with most if not all of them. We can do with out a dumb building in the Broadway Lake area and some of the other dumb projects the council have approved. So join me and VOTE NO for more taxes and I hope there are more people in Anderson County with common sense and not caught in Joey's propaganda style of government.

I agree with you this sounds like it came straight from Joey himself. I would not be surprised at all if Joey is the one who released this letter just to keep the heat off of himself. Its time for Joey and his cronies to be exposed for what they are.

I've been a Clemson fan all my life(40 yrs), through thick and thin, lose or win, no matter the situation. You can tell who is a true Clemson fan from a Danny Ford fan by all these remarks. Tommy is one of the BEST things that has happen to Clemson Football in a long time.
He's in the top 3 coaches ever to coach here.
I wish him and his family the best, and wish Clemson the best the rest of the season.
Dabo Swinney is the best choice to finish the season as head coach and I hope he is the top choice for the job come the end of the season.
He knows Clemson and he knows Clemson Football.
As to Harper, if I was Dabo he would not walk the Clemson sideline the rest of the season, for his comments. He is nothing but a self-center BRAT. GO TIGERS !!!!!!!!!!!!

How does Michael Cunningham qualifly to be county administrator, just because he was Prestons assistant does mean he is the man for the job. We sure dont need anyone involved with Preston to take over and keep screwing us as county residents.
On Anderson County Council votes to release Preston from his contract for $1.14 million
