Why is she drawing a disability check? If she can throw a statue hard enough to break out a window, she should be strong enough to WORK. I just don't get it. And what about the three strikes law here....does that not apply.....oh, I forgot "it" was a she.

slycin, I agree with you, why can't these stupid judge's be held accountable? Are they above the law.....I guess so. This family should be outraged. This guy should have been in jail. Also, who would keep bailing a scum like this out?

Too bad the guy didn't shoot straight out and do this scum-of-the-earth in. Why in the world did the guy shoot up and down? I just don't get it, this told the robber that he isn't really going to do anything. Next time the low-down scumbag will have a gun and shoot him first.
