The reason the state has run out of money in the Unemployment Trust Fund is because it has been collecting less in Unemployment Compensation Taxes from employers than it has been paying out since the year 2000!
The trust fund ran out of money!
I wonder why???
An audit will tell you what happened, but we already know what happened!! Idiots!

In other words, a Council Member cannot launch an investigation or direct an employee without approval from the Council.

It's really very simple.

What's your point? That the upper basin is suffering the most from a drought that is primarily happening in the upper basin?

Sounds like the owners of Mountain Lakes vacation rentals made a poor business decision. Hopefully, they bought insurance against the effects of a prolonged drought, especially since their livelihood is so dependent upon the lake.

Just one question, what would everyone do if it was determined (for whatever reason), that the dam had to be dismantled?
